UNFPA China is looking for an agency to conduct operational research on a sexuality and lifeskills education pilot project. Quotations should be submitted via a two-envelope system. Interested bidders are requested to submit the technical bid and declaration form in one envelope, and financial bid containing the price information in another envelope separately. Each envelope shall consist of a single email whenever possible, depending on file size.
