UNFPA China is looking for an organization of persons with disabilities (OPD) to conduct a series of activities to promote sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) for persons with disabilities (PWDs), especially women with disabilities, under the framework of United Nations Partnership on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNPRPD) joint project linked to UNFPA mandated areas.

Interested organizations are requested to submit Technical Bid and Financial Bid in separate documents to UNFPA. Please follow the RFQ’s instructions for submission to submit your application to china-procurement@unfpa.org no later than 29 May 2025, at 17:00 p.m. Beijing Time, with separate email subject lines: "UNFPA/CHN/RFQ/2025/001 – [Company/Organization name], Technical Bid”; and "UNFPA/CHN/RFQ/202 5/001 – [Company/Organization name], Financial Bid". Submissions without this text in the email subject lines may be rejected or overlooked and therefore not considered.
