Ensuring universal access to Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) services for all including persons with disabilities is an ambitious goal that was agreed more than 20 years ago by 179 member states and reflected in the Programme of Action of the 1994 International Conference on Population and Development, and in the 1995 Beijing Platform for Actions, as well as in the outcome documents of their respective review conferences.
